My name is Xavier and I am a wellness coach based in Mexico City.
I help both private and corporate clients achieve optimum performance & health through customized fitness and eating programs.
One day in October 2013 a prospective client asked if I could develop a workout regiment that did not require a gym membership.
I'm not going to lie, this presented a unique challenge.
Like most trainers, I am a 10-year veteran of the weight room and resistance training -- lifting weights -- has been at the heart of my training philosophy from the get go.
Wanting to keep the client and stretch my knowledge, I began researching various gym-free workout programs.
I quickly stumbled upon and tested some great workouts including: Maximum Capacity Training and Turbulence training, but ultimately decided to give Freeletics the full test-drive.
Why?
I was inspired by their 15 week (105 day) online transformation videos I found across YouTube.
After trying the first workout myself I was hooked and eager to share it with my clients.
This blog documents our journey and 15 week transformations.
